For all products purchased online and delivered within Australia, we will accept returns for faulty or damaged items within 14 working days from date of invoice with a copy of the original invoice. We will repost your replacement garment to you along with a prepaid return satchel for you to send the faulty or damaged garment back to us mate.
All returns must be made within 14 working days of the invoice date with a copy of the original invoice, otherwise your order will be sent back at the customer’s expense. Returns can take up to 1 week to be processed once we receive them. When your return is processed, we will send you an email.
Customers are responsible for the inspection of goods before wearing. We highly recommend that you check all orders upon delivery mate.
Any purchases of our product from a retail store that are faulty or damaged must be returned that retail store for processing and returns.
What if I change my mind?
Accepted returns on all purchased products will only be authorized if the product is faulty or damaged mate.
What if the size is wrong?
If you find your product is the wrong size you may return it to us at your cost with a copy of the original receipt and we will resend another in your corrected sizing choice. Note we will not accept products that are wore, used or do not have the original purchase receipt mate.
